Refund/Returns Policy
To be elegible for a Refund you need to submit your Refund Request within 30 days from your purchase date.
Refund/Replacement is only provided if you found that the product you have purchased is not working or having some kind of issue with the product.
You have 100% right to Download the product given to you and check if they are authentic or not.
For claiming Refund/Replacement just send us an email with your order id at support@remiums.com
You will get your Refund/Replacement within 24 hours if there will be any issue with the product.
If the product is correct, you will not be able to claim any Refund/Replacement.
NOTE: WE ONLY ACCEPT REFUND/REPLACEMENT FOR 30 DAYS. NO WARRANTY OF PRODUCTS AFTER THIS PERIOD.
